ELITE ID is a Unique Identification Number created by grouping all the associated customer/company accounts through which transactions are made with Ashok Leyland under your Customer ID.

Members of the Elite program are pre-enrolled by Ashok Leyland. Eligibility in the program is based on the annual purchase of Ashok Leyland Medium & Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicles (M&HCV), Ashok Leyland Services, and Spare Parts at Ashok Leyland Authorized Dealerships. State Transport Undertakings and Transport Associations are not eligible to be a part of this Program.

The membership tiers start from Pro, Master, Grand and the top tier is Supreme.

The benefits offered by ELITE Program can be listed under these categories:

• Privilege – The true elite experience is the one that goes beyond business transactions and has a personal touch to it. We have carefully crafted unique engagement activities not just for you and your associates, but even for your loved ones!
• Profit – The more you spend, the more you earn! We have ensured that every rupee you spend with us and our channel partners gets you more than just a business transaction. Through this program, you can earn reward points and redeem exciting and exclusive gifts!

Your Ashok Leyland membership will be renewed every financial year (April-March) based on your annual spend on Ashok Leyland Medium & Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicles, Services & Spare Parts. In case there is no activity by the member for over 3 years your Elite ID will automatically lapse.

Ashok Leyland’s LeyCoins are points rewarded to you for your transactions eligible under the Elite Program mapped against your company name with Ashok Leyland. Each LeyCoin has a value of Rs 1/- and a validity of 24 months from the date of accrual.

You can earn LeyCoins by:

• Purchasing Ashok Leyland Medium & Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicles
• Medium & Heavy-duty Commercial Vehicle Servicing at Ashok Leyland Authorized Channel Partners (only Paid & Accident Repairs)
• Purchasing Ashok Leyland Spare Parts through Ashok Leyland Authorized Dealerships

LeyCoins will be awarded only for invoices generated against the above transactions. LeyCoins earned against an invoice will be available for redemption after 30 days from the date of accrual.

You can login with your credentials in Elite Mobile Application or Elite Website (www.elite.ashokleyland.com) to view your LeyCoins balance.

LeyCoins are blocked under two categories:

• Blocked for 1 month: LeyCoins earned against an invoice will be available for redemption after 30 days from the date of accrual. These blocked LeyCoins will reflect in your redeemable balance post this block period automatically.
• Blocked under TDS: As per the new TDS section 194R in the income tax act in the Budget 2022-23, it is mandatory to deduct 10% or 20% tax at source on the value of any benefit/perquisite. Hence, 20% LeyCoins earned against each transaction under the Elite Program are blocked and the excess, if any, will be released post the filing of Income Tax.

LeyCoins earned through the Ashok Leyland Elite program will expire in 24 months from the date of accrual.

You can redeem your LeyCoins either from Ashok Leyland Store or Gift Store accessible from Elite Mobile Application or Website.

The LeyCoins you have earned can be redeemed under these categories:

• Ashok Leyland Store – You can redeem LeyCoins against your invoices generated at the Ashok Leyland Authorized Dealerships against Medium & Heavy-duty Commercial Vehicle Purchase, Spare Parts Purchase or Services.
• Gift Store - You can also redeem your LeyCoins in the exclusive gift catalogue with best-selling branded products and vouchers available to you in Elite App or Website.

You can select the delivery address for gift delivery while redeeming through Elite Mobile Application & Website. All e-vouchers will be sent to your registered phone number and email ID only.

The LeyCoins accumulated can be redeemed only with the Ashok Leyland Elite Login credentials provided during the onboarding. The login details can be used as per your discretion.

Please note that items cannot be returned/replaced once the purchase has been made.

• Dedicated Elite Helpline to support you and your fleet (applicable only for Supreme and Grand members)

All your fleet Ashok Leyland Medium & Heavy-duty Commercial Vehicles are mapped to your Unique Identification Number – Elite ID. On arriving at the workshop, your vehicle will be recognized by its registration number and you will be given priority attention. The Ashok Leyland Channel Partner Outlet will recognize you or your representative as an Elite member by your vehicle registration number or ELITE ID. You can also contact the toll-free number 1800 266 3340 for additional support.

The program aims to engage with you at a personal level, our endeavor is to offer you certain privileges based on your interests and preferences.

The privileges that you are entitled to will be based on your interests and preferences as well as your membership tier. These privileges are refreshed regularly and will be notified to you through the Elite Mobile Application and Website.

You can use your LeyCoins for the following:

• Medium & Heavy-duty Commercial Vehicle Service at Ashok Leyland Authorized Channel Partners (only Paid & Accident Repairs)

• Purchase of gifts from our exclusive gift catalogue available in Elite Mobile App & Website

The Ashok Leyland Channel Partner will raise a request against your invoice to redeem your LeyCoins. You will receive a request on your Elite Mobile Application. You can review the invoice details and choose to Accept or Reject the request. Only if you Accept the request your LeyCoins will be redeemed against that invoice. Please note that the redemption request will automatically lapse after 15 minutes for security purposes.

Yes. You can partially settle your invoice by redeeming LeyCoins and settle the balance amount using other modes of payment (Cash/Card) available at Ashok Leyland Authorized Dealerships.
